It's been a while since I've logged into this account! ^^

I've actually just been using my ~emiko42 account, for my fractal work. To be honest I haven't dolled in well over a year, haven't even considered creating any new pixel work. I *might* give it a go someone soon, just to see if I can reignite that old flame.

Anyway, I don't mean to sound so melancholy! In my last entry I said that I was engaged, and yep, I did get married! On September 6, 2008~ If you're interested you can see a few pics from the wedding here: [link]

I've such a bad habit of NOT updating this journal~ Oh well. I recently upgraded computers and monitors and all that jazz. Unfortunately I can't get Apophysis to work, which is painful but I'll figure it out eventually.

EXCITING NEWS!!!
For those of you who don't keep up with my LiveJournal (which I imagine is everyone), ~normal42 proposed to me this past New Year's while we were up in Niagra, overlooking the Falls Of course I said yes, and we finally chose a date for our wedding... September the 6th 2008. That's 162 days from this post~ I'm pretty excited and I can't wait to find a dress, I still haven't found one that's screams 'THIS IS IT'. Maybe I'll host a 'Design My Dress' Contest, hehe.

I love fall Definitely my favorite season... I feel more inspired this time of year, by the cooling weather and warm colors.

Been doing more of the pixel art lately, some bases, a few dolls here and there... I'll have to post them soon. Also picked up Apophysis again- Gave it a break for a while, since I was getting bored with it, but I needed some kicking graphics for a flyer, so out of the toybox it came ^^ Then I made about 20 renders, hahahaha~ Those I will also post soon.

Also have been doing a teeny bit of sewing! Fun stuff, but I want to learn more... I need to learn how to make my own bloomers so I can have, like, 20 more pairs XD

Nothing else to update about... I have a new 'job', I work at a friend's nightclub as the doorgirl (I take people's money, hehe). It's fun most of the time, some nights it's super boring, but interesting crazy people show up from time to time, and give me interesting stories to tell... I feel like this entry is getting too long already, so I'll tell you a story next time

Been playing with Apophysis again this week! I love this program~ It's all about he experimentation that comes with the learning curve, which is tremendous (to me at least). And of course the pretty images that come out of it

Haven't been feeling the pixel art lately, though I have a collab to work on over at EE! I'm low on ideas and inspiration... I opened up Paint to work on some props for a bit, and that was it. I'M SO SORRY GUYS but I'll get it done no matter what ^.^ Thank goodness the deadline isn't for a while.
I want to work on *beblue's Aquarium project too... But no time this weekend so I can't sign up until I have some time to dedicate to finishing it in the 24 hours given. Blaaaaah I don't even know what I'd make, anyway.
